Well I just found this site today and think about my high school years often. It was cool to see so many familiar names after reading some of the posts in the message boards. I'm not sure if you all will remember me, I used to be pretty shy and kept to myself most of the time but would like to say hi !!! to all. It looks like this site has been all but deserted lately but if any of you are still out there, hit me up!

Hello to all of my fellow Bayside Marlins :-) It's hard to believe, but it's been almost a year (it'll be a year on June 8) ever since my cousin Eric M. Carballo was murdered so in remembrance of him, we will be hosting a cookout at Bayville Park 4132 First Court Rd. Va. Beach Va. 23455 on Saturday June 6, 2009 from 12-8:30. All are invited to attend so please feel free to join us as we reminisce about all of the good times that we shared :-) I would like to thank everyone for all of the thoughts & prayers that you've extended over the past year, we greatly appreciate it!! Hello Marlins!!!!! Great to find this site, I graduated from Bayside in 1979, don't see any postings for former classmates. Trying to locate Percell Brown aka "poopie" if he is still in the area. His cousin, Edgar Mumford still lives in the area and I ran into him at the 20 year reunion. Any help would me greatly appreciated. I'll be in the area for a family reunion in June 09, and will hopefully have time to look up a few old friends. Currently residing in Miami, Florida. Wesley McInnis
