Sadly, the Bayside family has lost another member. Class of 96's Eric Carballo was killed this morning in Aragona. I've started this thread so that anyone who wants to share anything about Eric can do so. If you have information about funeral arrangements, knowledge about why this may have happened, or just want to recount some of your memories of him you can post them here.

I've known Eric for most of my life and although we were not terrible close, I've always liked him. He was friendly, cool and the most talented pure athlete I ever knew growing up. I was jealous at how effortlessly things came to him and wished I had half the ability he possessed. His family is in my prayers. |

| Last I heard he was a dj at a club and broke up a fight then the guys followed him home and just started shootin its a sad sad day eric was a great friend and person keep his family and his kids in your prayers |

| I think it's really said that Eric is gone. I was just talking about him the other day. We had classes together and he was a nice person and his family is in my prayers. |

| I had Eric in few of my high school classes. He always seemed like a happy, upbeat person and was always nice to everyone. Such a sad situation. His family is in my prayers. |
