| HI Jamie! How are you? Not running, knees didn't hold up too well, but I still try occasionallly with the hopes that I still can LOL. I have to do other workouts instead. My boss is in her 40s and running full fledged marathons! How about you? |

Nope, no running for me unless it's on an elliptical machine! My knees and shins can't take it!
I would like to try the Rock N Roll half marathon, though and skip most of the way!!
