A $1000 DEPOSIT NEEDS TO BE PUT DOWN WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS.IF THIS IS NOT DONE WE WILL LOSE THE DATE AND HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER THAT IS SUITABLE.ALL OF THE OCTOBER WEEKENDS ARE FILLING UP FAST AND I WOULD HATE TO HAVE TO FIND A NEW PLACE.SO... IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN PLEASE SEND THE MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.THERE IS A LIMIT OF 450 PEOPLE SO ITS BASICALLY FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.WE ARE LIMITING THE AMOUNT OF C/O '97 TO 25 PEOPLE.IF TOWARDS THE END WE CAN SQUEEZE IN MORE WE WILL.ME, ERICA, AND COURTNEY S. How about adding a pay pal account. It will make it easy for ebeyone to pay and they can use cash or credit.

Zo, remember though, if you start accepting credit cards, there's a fee with every transaction. We'd have to bump it up to $55 to cover the transaction costs.

But PayPal is a good Idea.

Nic, are you going to have a spread sheet or something available for us to see when we've paid.

Also, does the $50 cover everything? or just the deposit?

i wanted to add a paypal account to make it easier but jeremie never called me like i asked him too.i will keep track of who pays and if you want to see it let me know.the $50 covers everything as long as we have a minimum of 275 guest.when we recieve your payment you will be sent a receipt along with tickets.just like prom.i plan on keeping bank staments and reciepts for anyone who feels like i can't be trusted with the money.for your info erica is also going to have access to the account.any more questions just let me know.=)

I had told Rint ( Lorenzo ) to suggest the paypal account then that way it will be much easier on Nichole, and that way people can see and have a copy from paypal of their receipt which is another Nichole doesn't have to do. So for the $5.00 bucks I think it's a lot less frustration on everyone. Okay everything I just said you said Nichole so I agree. Jeremie can you sent a paypal account named "Bayside Marlins 1996 Class" then that way if people feel funny about just sending me they know exactly what its going to and they have the receipt ?

before we go the paypal route let me talk to navy fed.i believe they have the option to set up a link so the money would go directly in the account.i will call them tomorrow and see.if not we can go the paypal route for the people who are willing to spend the extra $5.so either way jerm you need to call me=)

Well, I see that I am out of town and everything is getting done for the reunion. I feel so left out! I hope you at least are thinking about me Nikki. Damn, I hate this traffic in NYC. Grrr.... Can't wait to get back to Va Beach where no one can drive! LOL

Yes children can come to the picnic. Myself, Nicole, and Erica...we are working together to try and plan a pretty decent reunion for everyone as well as the children for the picnic. All plans were tentative because no one has sent in any money. Nicole should be getting on the website pretty soon to give us updates with financial information. Everyone please stay posted posted and get on the ball so that we can have a pretty decent first reunion, thanks!!!!
